4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- A flat COD charge of ₹49 applies to Cash on Delivery orders. No advance payment is required for COD orders.
- We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, and offers at any time without prior notice.
5. Shipping
- We currently ship within India only.
- Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on location.
- Free shipping applies on orders above ₹1499. A standard delivery charge applies on orders below this threshold. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. In summary: items must be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, and refunds are processed once the returned item is received and passes quality check.
